Pricing is for books containing 50 invoices each.

Each invoice in the book has one copy page to tear out to give to your client.

Books can be landscape or portrait orientation.

They can be bound at the top, left or right side.

Artwork can be printed in black ink only or full colour print.

A4 dimensions are 310x210mm.

Books of 100 invoices each are available on request.

Printing on back is available on request.

Artwork
Our design department can create your artwork from scratch or modify your existing artwork to make it print ready. Just send us through an email or Word document of the content you'd like included and we'll mock something up from there. Basic changes are included in the price.

Print the same artwork again in future and there is no artwork fee.

Artwork Specifications
If you'd like to provide your own print ready artwork, it must meet the following specifications to qualify as print ready:

Artwork size: oversized A4 310x210mm

Bleed: 2mm bleed added to each edge. Total size becomes 314x214mm to compensate for up to 2mm movement during the cutting stage.

Internal bleed for perforation: The perforation line is placed 15mm in from the edge your book will be bound on. If your artwork is bound at the top, please allow 15mm at the top of your artwork for the perforation line. If your artwork is bound on the left, please allow 15mm on the left instead.

Colour settings: CMYK (Not RGB or Pantone. Many RGB and Pantone colours can not be replicated in CMYK print so there will be differences in appearance)

Artwork resolution: 300dpi or more to avoid pixelation

Design elements kept within 6mm of the edge of your artwork so they are not cut off.
Minimum text size for ALL CAPS 5.8pt, Minimum text size for standard text 7.5pt -
Convert fonts in final artwork to outlines to avoid substitutes on different computers

Don't include the sequential numbering in the artwork, just let us know what number to start from in your order.
File types accepted
PDF, EPS or packaged Adobe Illustrator or photoshop files are preferable (Ai or PSD).
High resolution JPEG and TIFF may be accepted.

Working with existing artwork that requires modification
Send through an email with your existing artwork for us to review. In most cases, we can modify PDF or Ai files which will save on design fees.
File types like PNG, TIFF & JPEG can not be modified and we'll need to start fresh.
Providing information for new invoice book artwork
other artwork samples can be used to reference style and the base contents.
Please send through any information for you design in an email or Word document. This will include your business details, date, invoice number, terms and conditions and column headers. Please contact us if you require further suggestions.
