How long will my printing take?

This will vary depending on the type of product and the quantity ordered. The production time on some products is only 48 hours, then typically 1-3 days with a courier for deliveries to metro areas.

Your product will be placed in the print queue when artwork is approved and payment or deposit is made.

Printing approved after 10.30am will be pushed back a day meaning production time is 72 hours.

Products with a production time of 48 hours include business cards, flyers, corflute signs and vinyl banners on standard quantities and finishing options.

04

Do you provide discounts on any products?

Yes, anyone ordering 3 or more design items will receive a design discount on the third item. Companies ordering multiple sets of business cards for staff that total 2000 cards or more will receive a bulk order discount.

05

Why does my artwork need to meet the print specifications listed?

There are a range of different printers and software available today and  your artwork must be set up in a way that our software can read exactly what is required of it and send the correct message to the printer. If the file is set up incorrectly, the printer will not be able to process the job or worse still, there will be some form of printing error. The printer software cannot read Word or Publisher documents.

If you're not familiar with setting up files for print, please don't stress, we're here to help you with two different design options.

1 Designing your artwork from scratch, just supply us with your business details and logo

2 Make your design print ready. Feel free to send us a mock up of what you would like on your cards if you have anything in particular in mind and we'll make it print ready. Low res jpegs or logo files can not be increased in size without pixelation.
