Corflute Signs

Corflute signs are one of our most popular and cost effective sign options. They are most commonly used as building/construction site signs, real estate signs, council elections and as removable inserts for A-frames.

They are made of corrugated plastic, are 3 or 5mm thick and suitable for outdoor use.

Artwork Specifications

If you'd like to provide your own print ready artwork, it must meet the following specifications to qualify as print ready:

  1. Set your artwork to the size as per quote.

  2. Please ensure that you add an additional 5mm bleed to each edge  of your artwork (example 900x600mm signs become 910x610mm to allow for knife movement during the cutting stage)

  3. Colour settings: CMYK  (Not RGB or Pantone. Many RGB and Pantone colours can not be replicated in CMYK print so there will be significant differences in appearance)

  4. Artwork resolution: 300dpi or more to avoid pixelation

  5. Design elements kept within 10mm of the edge of your artwork to ensure that any key information is not cut off.

  6. Convert fonts in final artwork to outlines as different computers don't always have the same fonts available, meaning they will be substituted automatically.

Working with existing artwork that requires modification

Send through an email with your existing artwork for us to review. In most cases, we can modify PDF or Ai files which will save on design fees.
File types like PNG, TIFF & JPEG can not be modified and we'll need to start fresh.
